Ha’Sean “HaHa” Clinton-Dix is a 6’1”, 208 pound starting safety and first round draft pick for the Green Bay Packers. He can bench press 225 pounds 11 times and run 40 yards in 4.58 seconds. But recently, he revealed the struggles he’s had to overcome to get to where he is today in a tell-all interview.

“It’s been following me my whole damn life, man,” HaHa Dix bemused. “It has happened since I started playing pee wee football. My coach used to yell ‘Dix you need to finish!’ when I missed a tackle or ‘Dix you need to get in there’ when I was afraid to tackle the running back. Everytime without fail, the opposing team would laugh hysterically and my teammates woul…woul…,” Dix trailed off as he began choking.

After composing himself, Haha Dix continued “It hasn’t stopped there, it happens at the bank, at the grocery story, and even starbucks. It’s gotten to the point where I’m afraid to leave my house because i’m convinced someone will laugh at me. I dont even know why they laugh at me. I thought people would stop thinking of me as a joke once I made it into the NFL.”

“Football has been such a good outlet for me. Instead of sulking and feeling sorry for myself, I take all of the pent up rage and frustration and release it all into the body of the ball carrier.”

HaHa Dix hopes to inspire children across the country with his story and has plans to open a charity called the HaHa Dix Foundation that helps introduce football bullied teens who suffer from self confidence issues.
